New Internet Banking Platform

A new Internet Banking platform has been introduced. The new platform has several immediate improvements and features that will make your online banking experience with Bankstown City Credit Union even more enjoyable and secure.

Some of the great new features include

New and Exciting - There are more features for the user to use with the new Internet Banking System, some new features include cheque and transaction search, recurring BPAY® payments and a lot more. We will be gradually releasing new features which will enhance your Internet Banking experience but at the same time we have also kept the traditional easy to work with features that customers love.
Better screen layouts - Screen layouts have been redesigned to contain more information and to keep it simplistic. For example, the BPAY page has a complete new look and gives you the option to Schedule Payments and Add or Change a Biller with ease.
Dual Password - Internet Banking and Phone Banking have now been linked to utilise the same password. In order to be able to access phone banking you will need to change your password to numeric only otherwise you will not be able to use Phone Banking.
Factor2 Security - Factor2 adds extra security to your Internet Banking experience and makes it even safer to do your banking online.
BPAY & BPAY View - The BPAY logo is now considered one of the country's most recognised brands, with its characteristically bold 'B', which symbolises ease, convenience and security. Last year 55% of Australians used the Internet to pay bills, and with our Internet Banking we have BPAY and BPAY view integrated to make paying bills with BPAY easy! - we have now released recurring BPAY® payments.
Message Centre - The new Message Centre facility provides a secure way for Internet Banking users to communication with Bankstown City Credit Union. The Message Centre is designed to facilitate two-way communications of secure and/or sensitive information and makes contacting Bankstown City Credit Union easy.
