    Developed by Sydney-based Symbiotic Technologies, TrustDefender acts like a force field, creating an encryption 'shield' that temporarily isolates the internet banking session between the member’s computer and the Internet Banking server. All unknown software and programs including viruses, malware, Trojans and spyware are locked out.

  • How do I get the software?

    Purchase TD GoldBankstown City Credit Union members can download the TrustDefender software from the login page of Internet Banking free of charge.

    Installation does not take long, and once installed, TrustDefender protects your personal information while transacting online via Internet Banking.

    TrustDefender will provide security for Bankstown City Credit Union members every time you log on and transact through Internet Banking.

    The software downloaded from Internet Banking only applies to Bankstown City Credit Union’s Internet Banking service. If you wish to have the same level of security on your PC while transacting with other financial institutions, you will need to Purchase TRUSTDEFENDER GOLD.

    Bankstown City Credit Union is providing TrustDefender to all registered Internet Banking users … FREE OF Charge! The purchase price of TRUSTDEFENDER GOLD is USD $19.95 and can be purchased through TrustDefender's website: TRUSTDEFENDER
