New Website

Our new website will be launching on the 3rd of June. It will feature a fresh design and layout resulting in an improved browsing experience on all devices. Along with information on products and services, and access to a range of tools, the website will reinforce our affinity with the Bankstown community we serve. 
The new website will be mobile responsive which is a single website that works on all devices (e.g. mobile phones, tablets, laptops and desktops) and most internet browsers. The new website automatically adapts and resizes, depending on the type of device being used and its orientation (i.e. portrait or landscape).

New Banking App

The new Bankstown City Unity Bank App will be available in the Apple or Google Play stores from Monday 5th June.
Simply search for Bankstown City Unity Bank in the App Store (Apple devices) and Google Play Store (Android devices) and download the app to your phone. 
You will need to use your current internet banking user name (make sure you use your new member number starting with 6) and password details.
With an abundance of new features, banking with our new app will be quicker, easier and more secure. 
It will include a range of features that you will love:
  • Fingerprint login (iPhone 5S and above and selected Android devices)
  • Pay bills via BPAY®
  • Transaction history
  • Overseas notifications (tell us that you're going overseas)
  • Place a temporary block on your Cards
  • Quickly view your account balances without the need to login to the app 
  • PIN change (debit and credit cards) 
  • Transfer between accounts 
  • Report lost or stolen cards
